I work online with clients around the world. Whether you’re based in a city, working remotely or living abroad, this is a space that fits into your life, both practically and emotionally.

Sessions are grounded in integrative psychotherapy. That means I draw from a mix of approaches including CBT, solution-focused work, person-centred therapy and psychodynamic ideas. We’ll find what works best for you together.

Each session lasts 55 minutes and is completely confidential. You can bring whatever’s on your mind, be it personal, emotional, professional or practical. Nothing is too small, and nothing is too much.
